Notice
Prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). In case of discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by BPT MAKİNE MÜHENDİSLİK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Big Printer Tech") as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal data processed
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Customer transaction: your company, request type, message content and part information you share (industry, approximate dimensions, material preference and, optionally, the 3D file you upload)
- Usage data (with your consent only): If you select "Accept", pages visited, visit duration, approximate location, and device and browser information are processed as aggregated statistics via Google Analytics; the legal basis is your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time. - Transaction security: IP address, date and time of form submission
3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving, assessing and responding to your quote, sample print, technical information and service requests
- Preparing and sending quotes
- Providing pre-sales and after-sales support
- Ensuring information security and preventing abuse (spam)
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the request form on our website, by email and by phone. It is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- (c) It is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (quotes and pre-sales processes)
- (ç) It is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation
- (f) It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller (information security, request tracking), provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed
Providing the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the form is necessary for your request to be assessed and for us to reply; if they are not provided, your request cannot be processed. Sharing part details and a 3D file is optional.
5. Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be transferred:
- to the provider hosting the website and email service (Hostinger) in order to provide the service, and
- only where you have given explicit consent, to Google (including servers abroad) for the usage statistics service,
- to authorised public institutions upon request, in order to comply with legal obligations.
Where the provider's servers are located outside Türkiye, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the procedures and conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods required by applicable law. Data relating to requests that do not result in a contract is deleted, destroyed or anonymised once the purpose of processing has ended, taking into account the periods set by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred;
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK;
- request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction;
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis;
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
You may submit your request in writing to the address above, or from your registered email address to info@bigprintertech.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
